 "AMAZING" 2009-08-01

Best bionicle ever. With modifications you can get a a xtra weapons, cooler weapons, 7 lives and more. This bionicle is a great example of how real bionicle are looking. Years ago they were 3in tall couldn't soot anything and the weapons were pathetic. Now, with mods it can reach 11in and have weapons that could destroy anything. This is a must-buy.

 "Bionicle Tuma" 2009-04-19

I buy a different Bionicle for my nephew for all kinds of occassions. He picks what he wants and he keeps up on all the characters so I know he wants what he wants. This one passed the test, he put it together the day he got it and it is now in his collection. Great item.

 "Best Big Bionicle Yet" 2009-03-07
By Phillip J. Mengel (Crown Point, IN USA)
I would say that this is the best "Big" Bionicle yet. I have put together and own over 40 bionciles and this imo is the best one yet. He looks awesome has really cool appendages, weapons and wings. The best part is that he is stable. Most of the older bionicles that are large like Axonn and Maxilos and Hydraxion are cool looking but they don't stand up well. This guy was engineered very well his back shock supported legs give him great stability. I hope they build all future models like this. Definitely pick this guy up if like the evil looking guys with big weapons, well worth the $20.00.

"Very Impressive Articulation, Good Balance" 2009-01-20
By Y. Sun (Los Angeles, CA United States)
I am very impressed with this toy; mainly from an adult 'action figure collector's' (i.e. i still buy and play with toys) perspective. as an adult collector, articulation for the action figure becomes one of the important aspects of making the decision to make a purchase, and this figure is built to impress. to be frank, it's quite easy to get good articulation in a fig these days, just throw in the ball joints everywhere and you're done, which is exactly how the $12 bionicles are done; so what impressed me about this fig is not what it can accomplish with the joints but what it 'can't'.

The fig was designed to imitate the range and motion of the human muscular/skeletal system and was made possible by using double or triple ball joints at the main joints like the shoulders and hips. anything that can't be done on a average human body, can't be done on this guy either; for example, you can't stretch out your arms backward beyond a few degrees past your chest and you cant bend your thighs backward toward your back, neither can this guy. of course you can always 'dislocate' one of the ball joints to give it 360 free motion if you want. the only thing that doesn't twist and turn is the waist, which is easily forgivable.

standing at about a foot when assembled, this fig is well balanced to pose in lots of action poses thanks to the support of the joints, i was even able to make it do a Taekwondo high axe kick balanced on one foot.

lots of small parts, not for small children and kids with ADHD, on the other hand good building toy to train your kids to pay attention to details.
