This set is no longer in production. I purchased it as a gift and it went over great. Lego really delivered an excellent product with this specific set.

Hello,as you may know this is Darth Maul`s StarFighter(or StarShip)from episode 1.It has a few features.This ship is not as good as the Republic Cruiser but it`s a neat set to your collection.Here are the minifigures:
Darth Maul(repainted face,lightsaber w/two beams)
Probe Droids (x3)
Here are it`s features:
Opening wings(lift wings)
Darth Maul`s cockpit(lift the panel at back)
Darth Maul`s Desert Speeder
Lightsaber and Probe Droid storage(remove the front part of ship)
Flicking Missles(flick from back)
Landing legs(pull back legs from bottom)
Pros:Darth Maul minifugure(rare),nothing else
Cons:Flick missles fall off easily,akward Lightsaber placement,Short Lightsaber with two beams,probe droids look unsophisticated(black head w/ black pull switch on top)
Overall:Pretty nice but needs modding.

I did so many double takes at this price & even went and pulled out my Lego Catalog to make sure I wasn't going crazy!! The Lego Catalog has this item priced at $29.99!! Shame on this company for it's markup ESPECIALLY in today's economy where we are ALL struggling!!! I will make DARN sure to NOT buy from this company AND spread the word to whoever will listen! I have NEVER submitted a comment on Amazon...however, this one definitely warranted some much needed attention!! I must also admit it doesn't make me feel too warmly towards Amazon either....even though outside vendors are free to price their own prices...this is WAY over the line!!!!!!

Legos are great "toys" for big & little kids. Get both worlds with legos and Star Wars!
Like earlier poster stated. Great toy but $20 over the cost from Lego's web page.
Will buy this item but not from a seller that marks the price 40% above what Lego sells it for.

This product has a list price of only $29.95, which is more in keeping with the aprox 10¢/piece pricing of Lego Star Wars sets. These vendors are selling it for a significant premium. You are better off buying it on Lego's website.
