I'm going to start off by saying this set did not catch my eye because of the character itself, but rather the parts used to build her.
Hahli is the first lego set I got that had the new revolving plaster, and though it is a powerful weapon, I found it too cumbersome and heavy for the Toa to wield in hand with much agility (which seems to be an emphasis). I did however find that it made an awesome gauntlet weapon for one of my much larger creations.
The claw is also an impressive weapon, and a valuable addition to my collection, as was the helmet and its coils.
But what really made me buy this set was something I had not seen properly implemented on previous Bionicle sets: wings. Though Hahli is an underwater character, I knew I HAD to have those wings. They add so much potential to custom figures.
The set itself, once built, is fairly durable and easy to play with, but like I mentioned before, the blaster is too heavy to be used in most poses, and will wear out the arm's joints at a faster pace than necessary if you play with it too much. I also don't really like those large webbed feet, but that's just a matter of opinion.
In the end, I wound up taking apart Hahli to use her weapons and parts to customize my other creations. The figure itself was nice, but not what I bought the set for.

This was my third Toa Mahri that I've gotten. This set features a Cordak Blaster with ammo that you can shoot. But you have to press a little hard for it to shoot. The fins in the back get in the way when trying to pose, and the mask could be better. Overall good set.

Gave this and another bionicle to my friends boys for Christmas. When they saw it, they politely said they already had it. I suggested then that they could each have one instead of having to share. To wit they responded, No thank you. WHen a kid gives that response, and these are polite well mannered children, the toy must not be all it is cracked up to be. My girls love having their won so they don't have to share. Pick a different bionicle up instead of this one.

It is a very nice toy, although it's very hard to fire the missiles. It has the nicest tools that I have seen. The wings are pretty cool. That's basically all i have to say.
This is the best toy if you are looking to buy a bionicle.
